  • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Jamaican jerk seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and bell pepper; cook until softened.
  3. Add shrimp and jerk seasoning to the skillet; cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque (3–5 minutes).
  4. Pour in coconut milk and stir well; add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
