Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoons water (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, and salt. Blend until a dough forms; add water gradually if the mixture is too crumbly.
- Transfer the dough to a sheet of parchment paper, cover with another sheet, and roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
