Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 pound uncooked potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with garlic powder and lemon pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.

- Pour in heavy cream with uncooked gnocchi; simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until gnocchi are cooked through.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and spinach until wilted. Return chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
