- 9 whole lasagna noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ cups milk
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 8 slices bacon, crumbled
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add milk, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, seasoning, and stir until combined.
- Mix in chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Layer half of the sauce mixture in the baking pan, followed by three noodles. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, top with half of the chicken and bacon. Repeat layers ending with sauce.
