  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until it turns chestnut brown and smells nutty (6-7 minutes). Let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix the brown sugar and granulated sugar into the warm butter until smooth; chill for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract into the cooled mixture until combined.
  5. Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in both types of chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Slightly flatten each cookie.
  8. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges turn golden; cool on racks.
