  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and butter until melted.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Place salmon fillets in the skillet skin-side down (if applicable), season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and basil; cook until slightly thickened.
  7. Return salmon to the skillet gently spooning sauce over each fillet for about 2 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
