- 1 1/2 TBSP cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by spraying it with nonstick spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt; set aside.
- Using a mixer, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high speed for about 5 minutes until pale. Add melted butter and oil; mix until combined.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined. Gently mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and dollop marshmallow fluff on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with slight wetness.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
