Instructions

  2. In the bowl, combine unsalted butter and marshmallows. Whisk until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until mixed evenly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add Rice Bubbles and pour the marshmallow mixture over them. Stir gently until coated.
  5. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into ovals resembling brains. Use a butter knife to create dents for realism, then decorate with a toothpick dipped in red food coloring to add veins.
