Instructions
- Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small pot and placing a large heatproof bowl over it.
- In the bowl, combine unsalted butter and marshmallows. Whisk until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until mixed evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, add Rice Bubbles and pour the marshmallow mixture over them. Stir gently until coated.
