Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the boiling water to a boil. Add the pasta, vegetable broth, onion, tomatoes, artichokes, olives, thyme, and cumin.
  2. Stir occasionally until the mixture returns to a boil. Reduce heat slightly while maintaining a gentle boil.
