Description

Mississippi Chicken is a delightful and effortless dish that combines tender chicken breasts with zesty pepperoncini, savory ranch dressing mix, and rich au jus gravy.   • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 810 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
  • ½ cup butter, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the diced onion at the bottom of the crockpot and place the chicken breasts on top.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus gravy and ranch dressing mixes evenly over the chicken.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers and sliced butter on top.
  5. Pour the pepperoncini juice over everything.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender.
