- 3 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Finely crush about 10 Oreos and press them into the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in intervals until smooth.
- Combine melted chocolate with cubed cream cheese and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of instant coffee; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with remaining instant coffee and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, then fold in the rest until combined.
- Spread the filling over the Oreo crust and top with whole Oreos and crushed Oreos.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
