Ingredients
- 6 Chicken thighs (bone-in)
- 2 Cups Basmati rice
- 3 ½ Cups chicken stock
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 10 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- Spices: turmeric, cumin, coriander, oregano
- Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, spices, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl for at least one hour.
