  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Mix shredded mozzarella in a bowl; set aside.
  4. Cut pepperoni slices in half.
  5. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  6. Brush each triangle with the butter mixture.
  7. Place halved pepperoni at the wide end of each triangle followed by shredded mozzarella.
  8. Roll up each triangle from wide to point, sealing in the filling.
  9. Arrange on the baking sheet, brush with leftover butter mixture, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
