- 32 oz beef broth
- 2 russet potatoes, chopped
- 1 bag frozen seasoning blend
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 1 bag frozen green beans

- 2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pot roast with salt and pepper. Place it in a slow cooker with half of the beef broth and cook on LOW for about 10 hours until tender. Shred with two forks.
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped carrots and seasoning blend; sauté until tender.
- Stir in shredded beef, chopped potatoes, remaining frozen vegetables, remaining beef broth, tomato soup, water, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust the consistency by adding water as needed before serving.
