Description

No Bake Lemon Blueberry Dessert is a delightful treat that perfectly balances zesty lemon and sweet blueberry flavors. This easy-to-make dessert features creamy layers of lemon pudding and blueberry pie filling, all resting on a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 28 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3.4 oz. box instant lemon pudding
  • 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
  • 16 oz. tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
  2. Press the remaining mixture into a 13 x 9 inch dish and refrigerate to set.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy. Mix in lemon juice and milk, then gradually add instant pudding until well combined.
  4. Spread the lemon mixture over the crust evenly.
  5. Layer blueberry pie filling on top of the lemon layer carefully.
  6. Add thawed whipped topping over the blueberries and sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs on top if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
