  • Oreo cookies (regular and crumbs)
  • Semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter by melting the chocolate, then mixing it with butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg. Combine dry ingredients separately before folding them into the wet mixture along with chocolate chips and Oreo pieces.
  3. Make the cookie batter by whisking melted butter with sugars, then adding egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately and fold into the wet mixture along with remaining chocolate chips and Oreo pieces.
  4. Assemble by scooping brownie batter onto the baking sheet followed by cookie batter on top. Swirl slightly.
  5. Bake for about 14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
