  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1618 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced, for dipping)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced, for dipping)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and season chicken with spices and olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Shred cooled chicken and mix with cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and remaining ingredients.
