- 1 cup runny almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons melted refined coconut oil or butter
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted oil or butter, eggs (or flax eggs), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon until fully combined; the batter will be thick.
