  • 16 baby yellow potatoes
  • ½ stick (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
