- 1 oz grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Black pepper to taste

- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add spinach gradually and season with salt until wilted.
