- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each, skin-on)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup unseasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- Minced garlic (1 large clove or 2 small)
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Smoked paprika
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
