Ingredients
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage

- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups low sodium beef broth
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- Fresh herbs: basil, oregano, parsley
Instructions
- Brown the sausage and onions in a large pot over medium-high heat for about four minutes. Add bell peppers, garlic, and red pepper flakes; sauté until tender.
