  • 1 tbsp regular soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp lightly packed fresh grated ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 shallot, diced

Instructions
