Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
