  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 23 Tbsp milk

  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

  6. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter; add the swirl mixture, then top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Drizzle cooled muffins with cream cheese glaze made from powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
