  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk
  • 2 large Eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture without overmixing.
  6. Pour in warm milk and mix until incorporated.
  7. Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow cooling in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
