Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves from each head of cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks. You should have about 4 to 8 pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
