  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime (juice from 2 limes total)
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 large mango
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • Fresh cilantro, jalapeño, and red onion for salsa

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, juice from one lime, garlic, salt, Tajin, paprika, and chili powder. Add salmon filets and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the mango salsa by dicing avocado, mango, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño, and red onion. Combine with lime juice and salt in a bowl.
