- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime (juice from 2 limes total)
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 large mango
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- Fresh cilantro, jalapeño, and red onion for salsa
