Ingredients
- 90 Club crackers
- 1 cup salted butter
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Maldon sea salt (for finishing)
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with nonstick spray.
- Layer the bottom of the pan with Club crackers.
- In a medium heavy-bottomed pan, melt the butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until combined and bring to a boil for 7 minutes.
- Pour half of the caramel mixture over the cracker layer and spread evenly. Add another layer of crackers followed by the remaining caramel mixture and top with one more layer of crackers.
- Chill for about an hour while you prepare the chocolate topping by melting milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the final layer of crackers and sprinkle Maldon sea salt on top. Chill again for another hour before cutting into bars.
