  • 8 oz wide egg noodles (cooked)
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sauerkraut (well drained)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions until browned; season with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer drained sauerkraut in the baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Add cooked egg noodles followed by the beef mixture on top.
