Ingredients

  • 750g chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 3 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 250ml chicken stock
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 500g broccoli florets

Instructions

  2. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth; stir into the slow cooker.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
