Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
- 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 large yellow onion (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, coat halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
- Add sliced sausage, onion, and bell pepper; toss until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
