Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine water, instant yeast, honey, and sourdough discard until smooth.
  2. Gradually add bread flour, whole wheat flour, and salt; mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Knead in the olive oil until absorbed by the dough.

  5. Perform stretch and folds on the dough, resting between each set.
