Description

Southern Fire Crackers are a deliciously spicy snack that combines the crunch of saltines with a zesty ranch spice blend. Perfect for game nights, parties, or just to satisfy your snacking cravings, these crackers pack a punch of flavor that will leave everyone wanting more.

  • 16 oz Premium Saltine Crackers
  • 2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Packets Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large gallon-sized storage bag, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cracked black pepper, ranch dressing mix, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add saltine crackers to the bag and seal tightly. Shake gently until all crackers are coated.
  3. Let the crackers marinate overnight at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the marinated crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until toasted.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
