Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup pepperoncinis
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain grease and cool for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella (reserve some), parmesan, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, and spices until well combined.
- Spread the mixture in the baking dish. Top with reserved mozzarella and optional seasoning.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly; broil briefly for browning if desired.
