  • 1 bag (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed but cold)
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir in the drained spinach until well mixed.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and spread the spinach mixture evenly over it, leaving one edge clear to seal.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F.
  4. Slice the log into half-inch rounds and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each slice with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
