  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes and Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add baby spinach to the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Toss the cooked orzo into the skillet, mixing thoroughly with mushrooms and spinach.
  6. Remove from heat; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley if desired, then serve warm.
