Instructions

  2. Prepare the Dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add cooled potatoes, red onion, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, parsley, and dill pickles to the dressing mixture. Stir gently until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
