  • 1 teaspoon red gel food coloring
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix strawberry extract and red food coloring until combined.
  2. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, softened butter, and half-and-half; stir until boiling.
  4. Boil for 3–4 minutes while stirring continuously.
  5. Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, cover, and let sit for 2 minutes.
  6. Whisk until smooth; then mix in marshmallow cream and vanilla until fully combined.
  7. Pour half of the fudge into the prepared pan.
  8. Blend the strawberry mixture into the remaining half of the fudge and pour over the white fudge layer.
  9. Swirl together gently with a knife.
  10. Cool completely overnight before cutting into squares.
