- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups whipped cream
- 6 oz. strawberry jello
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press into a baking dish.
- For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix in yogurt, fold in blueberries, and pour over the crust. Chill until set.
- Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream and spread over the blue layer.
- Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, add iced water, pour over the cream cheese layer, and refrigerate until set.
