  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 8 ounces corn (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded Fiesta blend cheese
  • 16 ounces Catalina dressing
  • 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess grease and mix in taco seasoning with water.
