- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or minced garlic)
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (or fresh ginger)
- 1 tablespoon water or stock (or more as needed for thinning)
- 8 ounces noodles (rice, flour, egg, ramen, or udon)

- Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
