Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three round baking pans.
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk, warm water (or coffee), vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
