- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 6 tablespoons salted butter (for caramel)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (divided)
- 1 ¼ cups milk or dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream room-temperature butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually mix in flour and vanilla. Press into a greased baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
