  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In two separate bowls, combine hearts of palm with mayo, Old Bay, sriracha, and sesame oil for the spicy filling.
