Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lb lump crabmeat (picked over for cartilage)
- 2 cups chopped artichoke hearts
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Fresh scallions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, hot sauce (if using), and Parmigiano Reggiano until smooth.
- Gently fold in half of the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses along with the scallions. Then add the artichokes and crabmeat; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish; top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Optionally broil for an additional minute for a crispy top.
