  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/41/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat (picked over for cartilage)
  • 2 cups chopped artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh scallions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, hot sauce (if using), and Parmigiano Reggiano until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in half of the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses along with the scallions. Then add the artichokes and crabmeat; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish; top with remaining cheeses.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Optionally broil for an additional minute for a crispy top.
  6. Garnish with parsley and scallions before serving.
