  • ¾ cup half-and-half
  • Freshly grated Parmesan (¼ cup)

Instructions

  2. In the same pot, sauté carrots, celery, and onion for 4–5 minutes until softened.

  5. Rinse beans; blend about ¾ cup with half-and-half until smooth.
  6. Stir blended beans and whole beans back into the pot along with cooked bacon. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
