Welcome to my little corner of the internet where I talk about food way too much.
So here’s what you’re getting into. This is a collection of recipes I actually cook. Like, truly make on random Wednesdays when I’m tired and the kitchen’s already kind of messy from breakfast. Nothing here requires weird equipment or a trip to five different stores. Just straightforward food that tastes like something.
I lean Mediterranean because that’s how I grew up cooking. Lots of olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, fresh herbs (when I remember to buy them before they go on sale). I have a running joke with myself about how many half-used jars of capers are in my fridge right now. At least three.
You’ll find pastas, sheet pan dinners, soups that get better the next day, and salads that are actually filling. All the recipes have notes about what worked, what didn’t, and where I messed up so you don’t have to.
