  • 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup neutral-flavored oil
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread slivered almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
  2. In a Mason jar, combine oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Shake well to mix.
  3. In a large bowl, layer mixed greens, strawberries, toasted almonds, and goat cheese.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently.
