- 300 g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
